The unit of currency is the Russian ruble (RU), which is divided into one hundred copeck.
Vyborg banks are open usially from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday.
Currency exchange facilities are open later.
In Vyborg you can change currency 7 days a week.

Post Offices are open usially from 9.00 AM to 8.00 PM Monday thru Saturday,
with an hour lunch break from 1.00 - 2.00.
Letters abroad cost about 5 rubles.
Post offices have telephones, and sell phonecards.
Phone cards are also available at Vyborg Bus and Rail station,
and use of card phones is recommended for long-distance call -- they're cheaper than coin phones.
